This Reiki Level 1 - Part B Workshop focuses on the Japanese methods of meditation, breathwork, mudra, feeling energy in your palms, mindfulness, defining the hara, abdomen breathing, soul cleansing breath and working with the five Reiki principles to live a happy and healthy life. You will receive two more Reiki empowerments to open your Reiki channels further increasing the Reiki power to be used for healing and spiritual awakening.

If you have completed Part A and B Reiki workshops you will receive your First Level Reiki certificate.

This workshop will awaken you to peace, joy, present awareness and spiritual knowledge which will give you tools to relieve stress, depression, pain, grief, trapped emotions, blocked energy, illness and heartbreak.

You do not need any experience to do this workshop.
