Reiki means Universal Energy, Soul Energy, or Spiritual Energy. It is a Japanese spiritual path with simplistic and powerful meditations, breathing exercises, mantras, healing practices, and qigong style methods that help you to lead a healthy, happy, peaceful and enlightened life.
To practice Reiki you receive energy empowerments/attunements that awaken your energy channels that enable you to access Reiki. Once empowered you use this energy to cultivate stronger levels of "Reiki" (spiritual energy) to give healing to yourself, and give healing to others, whilst cultivating a strong heart, spirit, and enlightened mind.

You will then be able to start to use Reiki as a tool to relax your mind and body through the touch of your palms. This energy process starts to dissolve any physical, mental and emotional blockages that are causing disease. A natural healing takes place, and you feel more relaxed, happy, and peaceful. You will also learn how to give Reiki treatments to other people.
